Atlanta's Chef Philip Chan has opened a contemporary Louisiana restaurant in Uptown New Orleans with a decidedly Asian flair.
Asian Cajun - An exciting, new, innovative fusion concept that brings together two of the world's most renowned cuisines, Asian and Cajun. Asian Cajun is taking Cajun Creole cooking's most beloved ingredient, seafood, and fusing it with fresh fruits and vegetables, choice meats and exotic Asian sauces with just the right touch of 'heat'.
